Flow rack can be incorporated into Pallet Racking systems to maximise picking efficiencies. A series of gravity tracks transport suitably packaged products from replenishment aisles to picking faces. Flow rack provides stock rotation on a strictly First In, First Out principle and ensures continuous replenishment to the picking face. Adjustable rollers and carriers allow the most suitable spacing needed for the individual product. Flow rack bays can be made in lengths to suit various applications. Angled Picking Trays can be included on the picking face to allow easy product access. On-load plates can be included at replenishment positions for easy operation A braking roller system can be added to reduce the speed of delicate products.
