5.  maintenance of blowers
Blowers can run based on complete normal conditions
Please check every part of blower is regular or not after repairing.
Clearing fan and gas pipeline internal dust at regular period, dirt and impurities such as water, and to prevent rust
Repairing cannot going at running period.
6. Notes
If the discovery of flow is too large, and not fit for the request or short time need to smaller flow, can use the throttle device adjusted.
Inspect the thermometer and oil mark sensitivity at regular period.
If there is off-normal occurrence happen when blower drive, stop and rotate,should repair it as soon as possible.
if there is small glitch, should check it, and repair it.
In addition to every time after repairing should be oil change outside, still should be regularly oil change

*2. Installation requirement:
1.       when Install the blower, the weight of the gas transmission pipeline should not be add in the casing, according to the drawings corrective air inlet and impeller gap between size, and keep axis horizontal position
2.       When Install air inlet pipe, you can directly use air inlet itself bolt connection, the air inlet of fixed by three countersunk screw
3.       Diffuser be installed into a certain Angle, back cover properly rotary can keep plate in a horizontal position.
4.       After installation, rotating rotor by hand or lever, checking whether there is too close or collision phenomenon, in the absence of these phenomena when square test run.
