0.9mm 316 marine grade fire safety security mesh window screen

Our security screen has  passed FZ grade certificate (top level),our material is marine grade stainless steel 316 it could be resistant to 1000 degree temperature and the hole size is less than 2mm, flame can not pass it.

Specifications

Maishi make security mesh according to customers' request, but the main sizes are:

10mesh x 0.9mm -- Pass all the Australia standard test, including Knife Shear Test

11mesh x 0.9mm -- Pass all the Australia standard test, apart from Knife shear test AS5039 or AS5041
 

Material

MAISHI supply top quality stainless steel security screen for doors and windows.

In the market, some of the suppliers offer 304 grade, which is cheaper. But we use AISI316 grade, which is marine grade, and will not rust even after years of usage in wet marine environment. After years of usage, the powder in the handle part may get off. If SS304 grade, it will get rust in the marine environment, and effect the beautifulness of the door and window. While SS316 can keep its original color without rusting. 
 

Tensile Strength

We use high tensile stainless steel wire, with more than 900Mpa (900N). The wire is more strong, and can not be easily cut off. 

The function of the security screen is to protect your home from thieves and burglars, so choosing a mesh which will not be easily cut and broken is very important.
