Four-roll, Six-roll cold rolling mill 

It includes models with width range between **0mm and 

***0mm, with the highest speed of ***0m/min, the maximum 

rolling force of ***0T and the maximum coiling tension of *4 tons. 

It can be used for rolling alloy steel such as *5Mn and *0 CrMo, 

allows various profile adjustment ways such as positive/negative 

bending of working roll, bending and twitching of intermediate roll, 

depressing for deviation adjustment and cooling roll step by step, 

and can be provided with double-station roll changing carriage, oil-

gas lubrication system for roll bearing and automatic rolling line 

adjustment device. The electric drive system adopts Siemens S****0 

PLC as the main controller and AGC system is controlled by 

Siemens S****6+FM**8. Key elements, such as EMG automatic 

centering system, MOOG servo valve, SONY magnetic scale, 

POLYTEC laser velocimeter and Dr-Brandt tensionmenter, are 

imported products. 

MKW Rolling Mill (Biased 8 roller Cold Rolling Mill) 

The MKW rolling mill is a kind of small diameter working roll and a 

unique cold rolling mill. It is a multi roll rolling mill on the basis of 

the four roll mill of the supporting roll. Because of adopting small 

diameter work roll and roller adjusting device, the working roll 

position is relatively stable, and the horizontal rigidity is high. The 

maximum reduction is up to ****0%, which is a non-traditional 

multi roll cold rolling mill appeared in modern times. The output of 

eight high rolling mill can meet the requirements of strength and 

rigidity of rolling needs and overcoming the lateral bending of 

working roll. It also has simple structure, easy adjustment, good 

working stability, reversible rolling, increasing the pressure, 

reducing the pass and simplifying the cold rolling process (that is, 

reducing the intermediate annealing times) and improving the output 

quality, etc. The eight-high mill can be used as the roughing mill 

before the **-high mill. Therefore, The MKW rolling mill is developing rapidly and has a wide range of application.It can be 

used for rolling carbon steel, stainless steel, silicon steel, alloy steel 

and cold rolled refractory steel, etc. It is also suitable for non-ferrous 

metal strip and foil. 

Twenty-roll cold rolling mill 

It is applicable to rolling strip difficult for deformation such as 

stainless steel, silicon steel and alloy steel. It has the maximum 

tension of *0T, the maximum rolling force of ***0 tons and the 

highest speed of **0m/min. The stepped roll configuration allows 

the working rolls to have small diameters and ensures the horizontal 

rigidity of working rolls. The integrated mill housing design enable 

the mill to provide sufficient rigidity and spilt design of upper and 

lower roll boxes ensures large roll gap, allows easy strip feeding and 

can effectively protect rolls. Meanwhile, the mill is provided with 

various profile control ways such as setting of backing bearing 

eccentricity, radian grinding of two intermediate rolls, twitching of 

one intermediate roll, crown adjustment of A/D supporting roll and 

injection adjustment of rolling lubricant, thus ensuring good rolling
