Description:
Air Cannon or Air Blaster, is specific de-clogging device use power of compressed air, to prevent and remove the stoppage,bridge arch,rathole, adhering of bulk material in all kinds of storage and flow equipment.

Our KQP series Air Cannons adopt skilled manufacturing processes and strict pressure tests, is qualified to preventing and removing material arching wheather in normal temperture or high temperature enviroments, which can effectively prevent the buildup of material and solve the blocking problems in transfer chuts,storage vessels, and process equipment such as preheat towers and clinker coolers.

Cannon body: Storing air pressure. made of of Q***-B steel plate or **4 stainless steel for various occasions. Construction of cannon body adopt automatic submerged arc welding and carbon dioxide arc welding,with X-ray crack detection, mechanical properties test, water pressure test.

Check valve: prevent air pressure decreasing incase fault of feed line

Solenoid valve: to activate firings, whose voltage main components in air-cannons action which can be prepared in accordance with the users requiremen.

Piston: made of polyurethane or ruber with piston rings.

Cylinder liner: adopt alloy steel, to prevent piston jamming and air leakage.

Controller:to control firings of air cannons with a time sequencer.
