a.  The producing process of the whole facility is operating under confined state, which has good environment prevent effectiveness.

b.  The design of the key equipment- split processor overcomes the disadvantage of vertical flat-bottom split processor at home, such as asymmetry heated, easy split, low yield and short life-time etc. The mainframe adopts horizontal, revolving **0o structure*1.2 R/M.

c.  Safety feed-in and discharge system. The highest feed-in quantity of nlln****0****0is ***0ton/day. The highest of combined equipment is ****0ton/day.

d.  Effective gas heating system. In the process of producing, when the gas was heated to **0o, it will produce a large amount of unliquefied gas-CH**-C4H8 ,  which can’t be formed at normal temperature, normal pressure. If those gases have been fully burning by the specific desig zzle, they can produce a great amount of energy and economize resources.

e.  Fuel dust catcher system, which match with Bidirectional water impact Cyclone dust Room to ensure the discharge amount of fuel outlet meet national standard.

Working process:

firstly:  two or three worker put the raw material into the furnace, seal the feed inlet .then burn the coal /wood in the botton of the furnace ,or  be heated by electricity directly and the bottom of the reactor will slowly heat the waste raw material .when the temperature reach of **0°C  **0°C,we will get the crude oil ,the oil gas will be produced untill the temperature reach to**0C- **0°C.

and then the oil gas will be separate to light and heavy component by separate divice.the light component will be entre to the condenser and meanwhile the residues will be discharged automatically in succession.after the condenser ,the liquefied part will be crude oil ,and the waste gas (it is mean that that part can not be liquified )will be return to heating supply system for burning by the way of combustion gas purification system.
