Production principle:
At the hot and humid temperature,  A series of hydration products, such as hydration calcium silicate, calcium aluminates hydration, hydration aluminum calcium silicate and hydration sulfur aluminum acid calcium.Constituent materials react with each other, these products all solids cemented together, forming strong overall structure, and make the products have strength of artificial stone.According to the technical conditions of the industry standard of the People's Republic of China: JC*****1 《 fly ash bricks》.

The technological process of autoclaved fly ash bricks:

1.Lime, gypsum griding system
Needjaw crusher,ball mill，in order to reduce covers an area of each one, adopt crushing and mixing mill at the same time.After the jaw crusher, the size should be less than *0mm ,materials will be sent to the ball mill by belt conveyor for fine grinding. Then send them into the store bin.
2.Ingredients
Main ingredients have fly ash, sand (slag）, quick lime, fly ash can be added amount more than *5% highest, that will be digestion more industrial waste and reduce the product cost.(need mixer,Electronical dosing machine)
3.Adobes molding
Wheel grinding machine crushes the mixture,and then sent to DEYIautomatic hydraulic brick machine, forcing molding.
4.Static stop maintenance
In order to make bricks reach to a certain strength before autoclaved maintenance,prevent to crack due to temperature change.
5.Autoclaved maintenance
