1.This production line can produce all kind of PE/PPR/PERT pipes
with different moulds.
2.Barrel and screw special designed and process by ourself.which

maintenance and have a long life span
The main machine of this line is a single screw plastic extruder
of new type and high efficient. According to the property of
processing plastic, the screw structure chooses some new types of
mix units. It has optimal plasticity effects and high production
capability.
The barrel adopts new style notch machine trunk, with high
extrusion volume.
It also can adopt computerized control or normal regulations
control according to customers' requirements . Extruder die
adapter can fulfill low pressure extrusion, thus increases
tubing's quality.
3.PE Pipe production Line mainly produces agricultural water
supply & drainage pipes, building supply & drainage
pipes, cables, etc.
4.PE Pipe production Line comprises vacuum shaping platform,
tractor, cutter, and mixing rack.
5.the single-screw extruder and tractor are assorted with
imported AC variable frequency speed regulation device;
6.the vacuum pump and traction motor are both high-quality
products.
7.After mating with special devices, the internal spiral pipe,
internal hollow pipe, and core foaming machine unit can be
produced.
8.By change of molds, PP, PE, ABS, PPR, PEX and silicone core
pipes can be produced.
9.Planetary cutter, adopting full automatic computer control, is
convenient for operation, reliable, and internationally
advanced.
