Q2:Do you accept custom order?

Custom design,size and colors are available,and besides we can print your logo on the tent roof and sides.

Q3:How big a tent do we need?

For wedding reception,we calculate 1.5sqm per person,but 2sqm per person if want comfortable seats.

For meeting style,we calculate 0.**0.8sqm per person,but 1sqm per person if want comfortable seats.

Besides,you still need to measure your land to work the tent size.

Q4:MOQ and production time?

No worry,we accept small order,and production time is ****0 days depending on your order quantity.

Q5:What is your payment term?

T/T *0% deposit,*0% before shipment arranged or after goods inspected.

Q6:Warranty?

*2 months for PVC fabric and *6 months for aluminium frame.

During the warranty period,we provide free replacement of parts,except for man-induced damage and force majeure factors.
After the warranty period,we offer paid maintenance services at our cost prices if required by the buyer.

Q7:What comes with tent?

The price includes spare parts for repairing,installation tools,and installation manual.

Apart from tents,we can supply some stuff as follows for you to have a wedding or event plan in our tents.But costs are additional.
