Technologies:
Design : relative developed software are adopted in Electromagnetic calculations, strength analysis , leakage magnetic distribution, its electro-dynamic force and electrical insulation .
Manufacture :

Core : effectively upgrade transformer’s no-load performance by below methods :
1) Adopt high-quality silicon steel
2) Three-phase-three-limb drawing plate structure
3) D type yoke to keep large space for winding and Germany imported cutter makes sure the burr of core less than 0.*2 mm
4) Meanwhile, appropriate magnetic flux density and the auto-oscillation frequency of cores are selected for lowering sound level of transformer.
Winding :
1) Optimize winding transposing to effectively reduce load losses and eddy current losses as well.
2) Oil partition plate and oil duct to lower average temperature rise and the hot-spot temperature rise and thereby extend service life of transformer
Features:
1) Amount of local discharged: The apparent discharge amount is less than *0pC under 1.5 times of rated voltage;
2) Noise: Products of *3MVA and below is lower than *8 dB (AN);
