Product Description

The *6 DM foil wrapping machine is capable of wrapping several different shapes.  These include, ovals, squares, rectangles, rounds and hearts.  The shapes can be made from either hard candy or chocolate.

The products are manually placed onto the infeed belt of the
wrapping machine. (Alternatively, an aligner-feeder can be suppliedto automate this process)
The infeed belt carries the product to the cross-pusher
mechanism, which automatically transfers the products into an
open-ended feedplate.

The *6DM is extremely versatile and can wrap solid or centre-filled products of various sizes and shapes. Size-changing from one product to another involves very few parts and can be completed in *5 minutes.

Thanks to it's simple design, the machine requires few running
spares, keeping costs and inventory to a minimum.

Style of wrapping:
A pleated wrap around the piece, folded under and pressed for
tightness.

Wrapping materials:
Aluminium foil with or without tissue backing. Reel core size *7 or
*7mm. Maximum reel diameter **0mm.
