3 ADM 1200 CNC Drilling - Marking - Cutting Line

In 3ADM, in drive way of the profile with the length of **0 mm you can make so many drills without any drive of the profile which means the profile stays idle.Forexample; if the holes *0 mm and the distances between the holes are *0mm, you are able to drill *2 holes without any drive of the profile. And that means very big timesaving. Also there is one more advantage of 3ADM system which makes you eligible to make scribing marking on 3 surfaces.

With there separate independent spindle units, the profile can be drilled from three sides. There are four tool changing systems with four-toolings capacity for eachspindle. 

Firstly, material to drill (profile, box profile, angle) is placed on infeed conveyor. The workpiece, which is hold with handle claw of drive machine, is driven into the drillingmachine and the position of the piece is set to zero by laser light.

Drilled workpiece, (if available) is driven to the angled bandsaw with handle claw of drive machine.* Sawing can be done in desired lenght and angle (**4/**0°). Sawedrolls of material are driven to the output conveyor.


*To enable easy rotation of the body while the material is in the bandsaw, it is lifted *0mm by hydraulic platforms located in the entry and output of the saw.
