*-layer PVC Glazed Tile extrusion Line consists of 3 sets of extruders, distributor, machine die, two roller calendar, caterpillar shaping machine, cutter, stacker etc.It can continuously extrude the ASA/PVC/PVC *-layer glazed tile. Recycled PVC can be used for the middle layer, which is economical and environmental.
This line can produce single layer and double layer PVC glazed tile sheet by just changing some parts of the production line. It also consists of thermo press machine, which can help produce theTop ridge tile, oblique ridge tile, Tee joint, and end tile.
