1. The generator we design are low-speed permanent magnet
synchronous generators, all of them using ansoft and ansys
technology for magnetic field and temperature calculation
analysis,with a reasonable load for the motor electromagnetic
so that to lower the temperature and longer the life time for
the generator.
2. Using higher than *8H grades performance sintered
Nd-Fe-B permanent magnet materials, high remanence and high
coercivity. The loss of rotor copper is zero, so that to
higher efficiency, it also has compact design and light
weight.
3.Choosing Cold-rolled silicon steel materials, the
loss of iron is less and the efficiency is from to *5% to
*6%.
4. Using Class F insulation, examine as class B,
with higher Motor power factor and less reactive power
loss.
5. Based on high reliability concept of design, the
reliability is up to *8.5%. The science applicable
installation feature makes the structure more easy to
integrate with other devices.
6. General parts are common and easy to exchange,
the use of geometric series of increasing type size
structure, adapted to different customer needs, with high
production efficiency, on time delivery, simple maintenance
features.
7. Using advanced technologies to lower starting
torque, fullly compliance with requirements of wind turbines.
8. Excellent corrosion resistance,appearance of coating
requirements according to IEC and ISO standards
implementation.
