3D hollow sandwich fabric-high stiffness

3D sandwich woven fabric is woven out of **0% E-glass fiber, and consists of two deck layers formed by warp and weft direction fibers and Z direction fibers which interconnect both deck layers. The double deck layers issimilar *4 checked fiberglass cloth. The height between two deck lays(Z direction) can be designed from 3mm to *0mm in order to meet different needs, and the fabrics construction can be designed as *-shape and V-shape and U-shape and V-shape.

The 3D fabrics have broad application prospect in automobile, locomotive, marine, windmill, building,radome shield, and other industries.

Double-wall tank and Vertical tank:  excellent corrosion resistance leak detection.

Container wall, truck compartment panels: mechanical performance, light weight, insulation.

   Train root, wall, partition doors: filled with light weight materials, has excellent thermal insulation.

   Nose cone, nacslles cover and blade section: light weight, integral stiffness.

   Light wall light, decorative plates, floors, and can be combined with marble walls for external and internal decoration.
