€The measurement principle€

  Four target reflectors are mounted above the vehicles four rims then Scrolling wheel and continuous shooting the geometry of the reflective target board by the camera, analyzing the changes of the geometry by computer then to get the corresponding positional parameters of the wheels and chassis and so on.
The technology is the use of machine vision technology and computer information processing technology.

Two industrial CCD digital camera, four target goals
The carts dynamic measurement. Can realize the automatic compensation of the positioning data, so that get more accurate measurement data
Simple operating. Four target plates hanging on the rim then push the car to complete the traditional positioning kingpin measurement except the Kingpin
No need periodic calibration. Calibration is completed before leaving the factory.
Measurement and the tilt are independent of impact of level of Platform
No electronic components on the Target reflector board, very low failure rate.
Lifting measuring range up to 1 meter.
