Product Description

 The production line start working when the bottles transported to the bottle washing machine by conveyor .at the action of cam , the bottle clips open and closed , then turn the bottles to **0°for washing . after washing the bottles back the original direction angle and open the clips . at the action of cam again , the bottles on the conveyor system. After that ,transport the bottles into the filing machine area ,there is a photo sensor on the filling machine , when the bottles transported 4pcs, the photo sensor sending data information to PLC , then PLC order the bottle blocking cylinder to sop the afterwards bottles , at the same time , another bottle blocking cylinder after filling machine working ,no letting the empty bottles go to the capping machine . at the action of program , the filling cylinders go down ,let the filling valves to into the bottles and filling , after definite time , stop filling. Then bottle blocking cylinder back ,and the full bottles go into the capping machine , the capping machine  is composed by frame ,cap manager and SS chain .there is a bevel between chain capping and level line  , when the bottles continue going towards and put on the cap ,then the chain press the cap .
