1. Introduction

2. Structure

No.2.**5 from model ***8 mainly consist of impeller,shell,air inlet and others with straight league motor.In additional of above parts,No.6.***0 also has transmission part.

1).The impeller is welded between the curved wheel cover and the flat plate wheel with *2 backward tilting vane blades, be adjusted by dynamic and static balance, good air performance, high efficiency, smooth operation.

2).The shell is volute shape,which is welded by ordinary steel.There are two types of shells.The shell of No.2.***2.5 is integral,could not disassemble.The shell of No.*6,*0. is made of two open forms, which is divided in half along the middle horizontal plane and connected by bolts

3).The air inlet is made of a convergent streamline integral structure, which is mounted on the side of the fan.. The air inlet and section parallel to the axial direction are curved, which can make the gas enter into the impeller smoothly and the loss small.

4).Transmission group is consist of main sharf,bearing box,rolling bearing,belt pulley or coupling.
