4-pc Cheese Knife Set

The HL****0CC is the latest addtion to our line of cheese knives. It is pattered after our HL****0A*4 cheese knife set of a cheese slicer, a parmesan cheese knife, a flat cheese knife, and a cheese fork.

Each piece of knife is designed to ensure that a particular type of cheese is handled properly. The cheese slicer is for cutting hard cheese into thin slices while the flat cheese knife is for handling soft cheese as well as other food products like pastries and pies. The cheese fork on the other hand is for cutting, dicing and serving hard cheese. As for the parmesan cheese knife, it does best cutting large chunks of Parmesan and Mozzarella cheeses.

A couple of features that distinguish it from the earlier version include the lead-free and food-safe color handle (both HL****0CT and HL****0CC) and the non-stick Teflon coating (HL****0CT only), which keeps the cheese from clinging onto the blade. Both features not only add aesthetic appeal, but also make cutting and slicing of soft and hard cheeses more convenient, delightful and neat.
