TECHNICAL FEATURES

*-The hull is goffered from a single piece of 2 mm. thick iron sheet; the hull and the sides are reinforced by being pressed. The side of the hull is twisted 1,5 cm, so that it grasps the hull from outside; the ground, corners and upper back opening has a radius.

*- The opening of the hull is surrounded by a U-profile of *5 x *0 mm.

*- The hull is welded completely with komple gasous welding and without any dross.

*- The lifting flanges are 4 mm.; the connection parts of the rollers are 3 mm. and they are welded                                                                                                      to the hull with reinforcement.

*- The lid is laminated by a single piece of 1,5 mm. thick iron sheet to make it durable and aesthetic.

*- On the lid; there is an opening handle, base and lock with an inner reinforcing profile to enhance the durability.

*- There are 2 carrying rollers, rotating **0º with a size of **0 x *5 and in conformity with TS EN ****2 Standard.

*- The container is manufactured in conformity with the technical drawing and technical features and completely galvanised with the hot immersion Galvanising system in accordance with the TS EN ISO ***1 Standard.

*- In the front side; the name of the Municipality, a drawing which shows a person throwing garbage and the slogan “Çevremizi Temiz Tutalım” (Keep our environment clean) are applied.
