Motor base plate:
The improved motor base plate could fix the position of the motor better than before, maitaining
the small belt pulley on the motor and the big belt pulley in a center line , which can effectively
reduce belt wear and extend the life of the belt. Also it could fix two kinds of motors according to
customers' requirement. The new bolt is more convenient for fixing the motor.
Small belt pulley:
Two kinds of belt pulley for selection: Aluminum, Cast Iron.
Big belt pulley:
It is made of aluminium magnesium alloy, light weight ,high intensity .
Flank is one-off injection moulded, with aluminium magnesium alloy , which is new aerial material , light and high-strength with beautiful shape.
Belt:
We use the Mitsuboshi belt which is of top performance and long using term without any maintaining.
