5E-PL**0B Plastometric Indices Tester is used to determine the plastometric indices of bituminous coal( maximum thickness of plastic layer Y, final contraction value of plastic layer X) and describe technical characteristics of coke, whic helps to guide coking and coal blending. t is widly applied in coal mining, metallurgy, chemical industry and verification institution of coal quaity.

Full-Automatic Test Process
1. Temperature is controlled by temperature controler, and temperature rise curve is based on GB/T*******0 determination of plastometric indices of bituminous coa.
2. Volumecurve is first generated by the system automatically. The intelligent manipulator measures the maximum thickness Y and curve of upper, lower layer automatically.
3. The rolling paper is automatically aligned with probe instead of manual adjusting, which improves the stability and accuracy of measurement a well as ease-of-use.
4. All loading and removing of weights are controlled by the intelligent system, greatly reducing labor intensity and simplify operation.
5. Volume sensor is automatically loaded and removed to enhance stability of a measurement in case the mesurement fails, resultin from lack of loading or removing volume sensor by personal reasons.
Cost Saving
Integrated smoke exhaust system ensures that a test is performed without external fume cupboard.
Improved Safety
1. Improved Interlock features. High-voltage parts,like heating element and its clamps, are designed with isolated protecion. The low voltage components are installed separately.
2. Equipped with functions of power-off protection ad monitoring.
