Description of Shaking Table

Shaking Tables are designed to wet gravity-based separation of minerals and other granular materials. There are many applications where the concentrating table is of particular value and cannot be equaled for economical and efficient performance.

Application                         

Shaking Tables are used to treat a great variety of materials, ranging from heavy material, ranging from heavy sulphides (specific gravity 7.5) to coal (specific gravity 1.3), at some cases below *0um.

Features

1. Be of rugged construction and requires minimum maintenance.

2 .The decks are built of zircon-reinforced fiberglass with fabricated steel frames at the bottom

3. A choice of ordinary type, groove steel support or big channel steel support is available.

Technical Specification

There are 3 distinct deck designs available. The course ore deck is designed for recovering particles sized from 0.5 mm to 2 mm; the fine sand deck is designed for recovering fine particles in the range of 0.**4 mm to 0.5 mm; the slime deck is designed for recovering super extremely fine particles in the range of 0.*5 mm to 0.**4 mm.
