YD (X) series of mud pump is designed with advanced computer - aided , which is a new mud pump for dredging industry.

YD type is used for the cabin, YDX used for under water, to meet the different requirements of the hull structure, wide applicability.

The pump adopts horizontal single-stage single suction cantilever structure, according to the gear contact can provide two kinds of structures, namely the pump and gear box in one form or the pump with the bracket and the gear box are connected through the coupling.

**0YD (X) ~**0YD (X) by single shell structure, **0YD~***0YD uses a double pump shell structure, the structure design of double pump shell can ensure the long-term safe and reliable operation of the pump.**0YDX~***0YDX uses a single shell structure. In the lubrication with bracket can be lubricated with grease or oil lubrication.

YD (X) pump using split type structure, easy disassembly, easy repair and replacement parts. Impeller adopts the trapezoidal thread long connection, large transmission torque, convenient loading and unloading.Impeller disassembling ring is arranged in the sleeve is convenient to remove the impeller.

By optimizing the design, YD (X) pump has good cavitation performance, the pump is absorption ability, digging deep, high concentration, YD (X) pump channel is width,  flow performance is good. Pump performance curve is steep drop, have a good adaptability to the change of row spacing.

YD (X) pump can be adjusted to achieve the flow and head through the speed change or change the impeller diameter.

The over-current components of YD (X) type  made of high strength wear-resistant alloy cast iron, has strong ability of shock resistance and good wear and corrosion resistance.

YD (X) type mud pump hydraulic design using CFD simulation, has the high efficiency, at the same time to avoid too fast changes off low velocity on the local flow parts wear, reduce the consumption of spare parts, to ensure reliable operation of the pump, the economic benefit is remarkable.

YD (X) type mud pump can use seal, mechanical seal, skeleton seal packing (with oil filling), screw (L type rubber sealing) and so on the many kinds of seal form, to meet customer demand.
