1.AAC brick machine also called autoclaved areated concrete brick. 2.Intruduction: Areated concrete brick is the light and porous building material. They could be used in industry building and common building.They are more and more popular in the world in future. They could replace the clay brick completely. 3. Common concrete density is usually at ***0~***0kg/m3, areated concrete is at **0~**0kg/m3. It hasn't big grain, main use silicon material(coal ash, sand, stone dust and others), through grinding the material small (for example sand). They could be used directly if it has enough degree of fineness(for example coal ash).Mixing calcium material, lime,cement,water into a slurry, then add  the aluminum powder and the additive. The aluminum powder and the slurry will have a chemical reaction, the reaction will produce hydrogen to make the concrete slurry expanding to about five times of its original volume.Then put them into the curing room to conreting, cutting, steaming, curing. 4. Advantages. Light weight: areated concrete density is usually at **0~**0kg/m3, same as 1/3 of clay brick, and 1/5 common concrete. It could reduce the beam of roof and pillar pressure. Keeping temperature:It has many porous, the coefficient of heat conduction is 0.9~0.*2w/mk, the same as 1/4 or 1/5 of clay brick.It is the best building material in the future world.   Main materials:coal ash, sand, waste mine material, coal gangue, stone dust ,silicon.
