Quality inspection:

All the materials should be delivered according to the requirement of the end users and should submit the Mill Test Certificate (MTC), which should including follow information details:

1) Standard requirement

2) Quality record Numbers and Certificate Numbers

3) Heat numbers, Batch Numbers and technical grade

4) Chemical component and mechanical property

5) Classification Society approval and surveyor signature

 

Physical review:

1) Classification society approval mark

2) Adopt to Paint box out or Paste mark, including technical parameters such as: Batch Numbers, Heat numbers, code standard, and Grade and Thickness Length Width specifications.

3) Appearance bright and Smooth, no defect
