1. The cabinet body of GGD AC low voltage distribution cabinet adopts a universal form, and the cabinet frame is made of 8MF cold-formed steel by local welding or assembly. The frame parts and supporting parts are produced and supplied by the company to ensure the accuracy and quality of the cabinet body.
2. The components of the universal cabinet are designed according to the module principle, and have *0 mold mounting holes, with high universal coefficient. The factory can be put into production. It not only shortens the manufacturing cycle, but also improves the work efficiency.
3. During the design of GGD cabinet, the heat dissipation during the operation of the cabinet shall be fully considered. There are different numbers of heat dissipation slot holes at the upper and lower ends of the cabinet. When the electrical components in the cabinet are heated, the heat rises and is discharged through the upper slot, while the cold air is constantly supplemented into the cabinet from the lower slot holes, so that the sealed cabinet can form a natural ventilation channel from bottom to top to achieve the purpose of heat dissipation.
4. According to the requirements of modern industrial product modeling design, the GGD cabinet adopts the golden section ratio method to design the cabinet body shape and the division size of each part to make the whole cabinet beautiful and generous.
5. The cabinet door is connected to the frame with a rotary movable dumpling chain, which is convenient for installation and disassembly. A mountain shaped rubber strip is embedded at the folding edge of the door. When the door is closed, the strip between the door and the frame has a certain compression stroke, which can prevent direct collision between the door and the cabinet, and also improve the protection level of the door.
6. The cabinet body finish can be connected to the frame with multi strand soft copper wire for instrument door. The installation parts in the cabinet are connected with the frame with knurled washers, and the whole cabinet forms a complete grounding protection system.
