Addition Silicone Mold Making  Instructions 

The first step of  Addition Silicone Mold Making

A. prepare a smooth wooden board. If an rough one, we should make it be smoothly.

B. prepare a perfect original mold, make the original mold be complete in patterns, and polish in surface. Use soap water to clean the original model with a soft brush.

Notice after cleaning, please dry the original mold by air gun.

C. then stick or fic the original mold on the wooden board.

The second step of Addition Silicone Mold Making  

A. prepare cardboards or wooden boards. The size of the board is depends on the size of original mold.

B. fix the cardboards or wooden boards on the wooden board, and sround the original mold well

The third step of  Addition Silicone Mold Making

A. prepare the right amount liquid silicon according to the size the of original mold.

B. mix the silicone and catalyst/curing agent evenly at the mixing ratio of **0:2 under room temperature *5° C.

The fourth step of  Addition Silicone Mold Making  

A. pour 1/3 mixed silicone into the mold frame

B. then take the mixed silicone and the molds to air vacuum pump for 3 to 5 minutes.

C. take out the remain de-aried silicone and pour the silicone into the mold frame.  

Notice: the thickness for silicone covering the original mold should be 5MM around.

D. remove the cardboards or wooden boards after the silicone is totally cured in about 4 hours.
