Welding Rollers Description

PWR***0T adjustable welding turning- roll is mainly composed of driven roller holder components.
Two groups of driven roller seat components are installed on the fixed base respectively. 
The driven roller seat on the base can change the center distance (bolt shift) of the two supporting rollers, which can satisfy the cylinder support and effective rotation of your different diameters. 
To meet the requirements of automatic welding, the cylinder is smooth, uniform, continuous, stable, reliable and practical.

Application

Steel structure, pressure vessel, pipeline, pipe prefabrication, wind tower, overlaying industry, petrochemical industry..etc.

Main Features Of Pipe Rotator

1. Three types optional:sub-rub tire rollers, steel rollers,steel-plastic combination rollers, can joint with welding robots, welding manipulator, and other welding types of equipment;
2.PLC control, AC variable frequency speed regulation to ensure stability;
3. Double motor driven way, the roller driver adopts planet-cycloid reducer or worm reduction gear mode;
4.Self-aligned turning rollers can adjust the center distance by screw hole or lead screw according to workpiece diameter
