Metallized Ceramics apply the prepared electronic slurry on the ceramic evenly, sinter vacuum (********0℃),form solid metal thin layer permeate on the ceramic surface, then use the technology of chemical plating and electroplating, plate the nickel layer on the metal surface, the main material for the product is ceramic, Mo-Mn and nickel (Mo-Mn metallizing).

 

The welding of ceramic and metal substrate is refer to ceramic surface after metallization process, weld special solder and metal structural parts with intermediate temperature, make the ceramic and metal as one has the properties of good gas tightness, high strength, resistance to high temperature and heat dissipation, main material including the ceramic parts with metal coating, welding, metal parts (alloy or copper).
