Features of flotation machine:

Working principle of  flotation machine :

 XCF mode and KYF mode are inflation flotation machine. Impellers little diameter and lower peripheral speed make power consumption reduce ****0%. Air distributor is equipped in cell to get air evenly, lengthening impeller and rotors service life. KYF mode has no self-suction pulp function but lower power consumption,XCF mode has self-absorption pulp,places horizontally without foam pump,and equipped with stator to form negative pressure zone,but power consumption is little more than that of XCF type, so XCF and KYF combined together to work,the former as suction tank, the latter as direct-current cell, combined flotation machine place horizontally without foam pump.
