4. Our fume
extractor has PWM speed
control, according to the amount of dust to achieve precise
adjustment. Control system is also equipped with sound and light
alarm, prompt to clean or replace the filter.
5. PA***0FS filtration
system consist of four parts, they are metal filter, F5 class
pre-filter, HEPA main filter and gas filter.
(a). Well-proportioned holes to ensure that large dust particles
are trapped on the metal filter, to prevent them block the
pre-filter.
(b). F5 class pre-filter comprised by cotton and metal mesh,
full-thickness adhesive, can be adsorbed middling particles in the
air to avoid main filter is blocked.
(c). Main filter consists of efficient HEPA element, in independent
tests, these filters remove *9.**7% of all particles above 0.3
microns and *5% down to 0.*1 micron.
(d). Our fume extractor's gas filter layer formed by the chemical
materials can effectively remove harmful gases and pungent odor in
the air.
