How it works:
The standard reference solution, an ethyl-alcohol concentration, is used to produce an air sample with an ethanol concentration. This sample is equivalent to the calibration set point of the breath-alcohol testing instrument.

Equipped with a refence thermoter, ALCOSIM maintains the refence solution at mouth temperature (*4*0.2 C) to simulate the density, composition and temperature of a human breathe sample.

Easy to use:
Once the red light indicates that ALCOSIM is at operating temperature, simply breathe into the inlet hose to produce an air-alcohol sample. The breath alcohol testing instrument compares this sample to the value of the chosen reference solution.

Quality construction:
MedicAl grade plastic and stailnless steel provide chemical resistance and anti-corrosion, while extensive internal sealing provides leak resistance. ALCOSIM is built for life time use.
