flour, made from **0% full peeled and fermented cassava. This
fermentation made the flour become similar with wheat flour and can
be used as an alternative of wheat flour and other gluten-based
flours. This fermentation process plays important role to make
cassava flour become more stable in high temperature than regular
cassava flour. Fermentation process is a better differentiator.
