Cast-in heaters are available in a variety of designs and styles suitable for different applications. The heater elements are tested on a **0% basis before and after casting. Our foundry techniques ensure a dense, porosity free casting. After casting, the heaters are machined to ensure a close contact on the working surface. Standard cooling tube terminations are also available.

Our cast-in heaters are made in aluminum, brass and bronze. The type of alloy to be casted depends upon the application, max operating temperature & watt density. We can build every technically possible heaters as per your requirement.
