We have one die making shop , one casting shop with *5 billet furnace and 2 extrusion factories with *4 extrusion press range from **0MT to ***0MT size, 4 anodizing lines, 3 powder coating lines, 2 polishing lines and 1 further machining shop. We can provide mill finish, anodized with silver, champaine, old bronze, black color, powder coating with different RAL color, PVDF with different color, electrophoresis with different color, mechanical polishing and chemical polishing. Our products include the window and door profiles, curtain wall profiles and other construction profiles;standard profiles such as the square tube, round pipe, angle, flat bar, round bar, channel, and different kind industrial profiles. We also can make dies and produce exactly according to customer's drawings and requirment. The alloy we can produce is ***0, ***3, ***1, ***2, ***1, ***1, ***3 and etc. Currently our market cover USA, Canada, Italy, Germany, Poland, Singapore, mideast, and some Africa countries. The standard we normally can follow the ASTMB**1, EN**5, EN****0, GB***7 and etc. Our production capacity is ***0tons aluminium extrusion profiles per month.
