Aluminum rod continuous casting and rolling machine

Product Description

This aluminum rod CCR line is designed to manufacture aluminum conductive rod diameter of *5mm with *1rolling stands, and *2rolling stands, 9.5mm with *5rolling stands.
Brief technological process：
Common al. spindle and scrap of al. wire →Melting furnace →Holding furnace→ Continuous casting machine→ Hydraulic shear→ Continuous rolling machine →Coiling stand→ Al. rod
Aluminum liquid or compounded aluminum flows from the holding furnace through the launder to the belt continuous casting machine to cast the melt aluminum into trapezium ingot with a section of ***0mm�, then shear the substandard aluminum ingot, press the front part small, and feed it into the *5 rolling stands to manufacture al. rod with a dia. of 9.5mm. The al. rod comes out through channel for oiling and guide pipe to the coiling stand (can also be bought from us) which will loop it.
