Grade 1K**1 Alloy Compositions: Fe, Si, B

Features:

high saturation magnetic flux density (Bs≥1.5T); high magnetic permeability; low coercive force, low loss; low excitation current; good temperature stability, wear resistance, corrosion resistance; as well as lower price with the best performance/cost of all metal soft magnetic materials. With the above mentioned magnetic performance characteristics, the Fe-based amorphous alloy has the following advantages in magnetic applications:

1. High saturation magnetic flux density Bs - being capable of reducing the size of transformers

2. High magnetic permeability and low coercive force - being capable of improving the efficiency of transformers

3. Low loss (equivalent to 1/3 ~ 1/5 of silicon-steel sheet) - being capable of reducing the temperature rising of transformers

4. Good stability - being capable of long-term work under working condition of high temperature (**0 ℃)

5. Low excitation current - to reduce the copper loss of the primary coil of transformers

6. Lower price - excellent price-performance of metal soft magnetic materials

Applications:

1. Power distribution transformer core (*0~*0Hz);

2. Intermediate frequency power transformer core (**0Hz~*0kHz);

3. Filter inductor core;

4. Switching mode power supply transformer core (below *0kHz);

5. Saturation reactor, pulse compressor core;

6. Power factor correction inductor core, air gap inductor core;

7. No air gap inductor core;
