Installation Requirements:

A standard PC computer; PC server
Operating system: Windows ***0 or above
Computer Memory: **6MB or above
Database: SQL Server ***5 or above
Hardware devices (Provided by our Company): Card reader: G*0D, Card sender: CN***8; Mifare card

Other: Power cable, network cable, etc.
Working Flow:
Step1. User buy IC card and store money in the card at the sell and recharge station, and store the info into the card and keep the info to PC server.
Step2. Punch card to G*0D Validator for payment, the record will be kept in G*0D, IC card balance less. Step3. Driver or workers send data to PC server or data transferred via GPRS automatically.
Step4.If no money in the card, user goes to the charge point to store money. The record of the store money and payment in the bus could check at recharge point.

5. Management on card and card function：
A．Checking total amount timely: Checking every device’s daily total payment amount in real time. B．Checking card details：You can check all swiping records of current month timely, so it can help you check all transaction data.

Setting interval: Set the interval freely when swiping card continuously .For example, if the interval is 2 seconds. Cardholder has to wait for 2 seconds if he wants to swipe the card for the second time. Set interval because this can prevent many times of swiping card by wrong operating.
Management on different card authority: This can control different cards’ authority and validating on different device.
Different ticket card setting: Set different deduction ways and different amounts for different kinds of cards freely.
Overloading card Management: control the number of passengers, overloading passengers can’t swipe card.

6. Offer many kinds of voice notice and personalized voice notice can be customized:

A. Adult card, discount cards, staff card: Lack of money		Please recharge. Balance is not enough.
B. Adult card, elder card, student card: Lack of money		Please recharge. Balance is not enough.
C. Staff card, temporary card: Lack of money	Please recharge. Balance is not enough.
