We produce a greatest variety of high quality visual front panels, control panels, touch screen overlays etc. Our precise anodized aluminum panels can meet demands of any client, so as they withstand severe environment, they are both scratch proof and solvent resistant. For many years we have experienced manufacturing of control (front) panels etc. We realized that the best material is anodized aluminum fascia panels, so as it ensures high precision, visibility and durability. In this case we use our own equipment, which can recreate full photographic imaginary. Fascia panels are produced for functionality and as a product face. Control panels have such features as: colored and translucent led windows, window areas for viewing scales and displays and high precision graphics. It is obviously that control panels (graphic overlays) have the greatest effect on users impression. We can also produce different rack panels, namely 1U, 2U, 3U, 4U and 6U even more depending upon requirements of our clients. It doesnt matter how high or complicated the server system is, we can integrate any text, design and graphics onto your rack panel.

The core peculiarity of our own technology Alumaproof, is that special paints are being  penetrated directly into aluminum open pore. Loose aluminum pores are characterized by high absorption of paints, fats and oils, such phenomenon printing distinct and high quality. After that, our product is finally processed by galvanization, as a result of which the pores with absorbed paints are being closed. Therefore a transparent, abrasion-resisting, oxyde aluminum layer appears on the printing of  aluminum surface. The printing remains within aluminum structure, but not on its surface, it makes the printing to be inaccessible to acids, UV rays, abrasives and other agressive components.
