Notice for Transportation,Handling and Storage

1,Transportation

  During the process of transit ,please make sure the platform is flat to avoid the roofing tiles any distortion and deformation.

  During the process of loading,please make sure the roofing sheet is carried in lateral and vertical and the tile is plat.Otherwise,it would cause roofing tile and sheet cracking or deformation.

2,Handling

  The bottom of the vehicle must be leveling before loading or unloading the tile.Please put foam board or other soft material on the bottom of the vehicle as under layer firstly to prevent   the tile damage when the road condition is bad.

   During the loading and unloading operation,roughing handling is not allowed.The tile should not be throwing, no hard pull or push is allowed on the surface of tile sheet.In order to prevent the tile surface flawed,please carefully load and unload the tile.

3.Storage

  To store the tile,the site must be solid and flat.Four or five timber wood must be laid on the floor and pile up the tile material on average three or four section (both side should not exceed **0mm ,the sheet should less than **0 pieces).Otherwise it would caused the tile pressure-torsion and arch pressure damage due to the ground uneven.

  During the rainy season,there must have enough space on the bottom of pile up tile,the tile must be covered by the waterproof fabric to prevent the tile soaking in the rain and ground   subsiding.Otherwise it would caused the tile pressure-torsion and damage.

  The roofing sheet should be stored according to the specifications and category.
