Epoxy resin automatic pressure gelation(APG) clamping machine is hydraulic complete set equipment adopting APG technology to produce epoxy resin insulation parts, insulator, insulating sleeve, current transformer. It has
functions-moulding, pressure holding, top core pulling, bottom core pulling, side injection, vertical and horizontal axis tilting,heatingand automatic temperature holding etc., suitable to be used forvarious epoxy resin insulation parts and transformers production. This moulding machine adopts whole frame structure, free accessible from both sides, with fixing surface for heating plates/directly heated moulds, THK linear motion guides, hangingcarriage moving plates direction-orientation clamping. The complete APG clamping machine is consist of hydraulic system, electric control system, heating system, mechanical system etc.
