The equipment can change mould quickly and simply,produce wide range of specifications,which is specialized in producing Longitudinal Submerged Arc welding Pipeline of outside diameter from **6.4mm to ***2.4mm ,wall thickness from 6m to *0m,unit length from 3m to *2.5m,steel grade could be simple carbon steel,special type steel and low alloy steel ,the steel grade could be up to max X*0 .it is able to manufacture **0,**0 tons per year.

Online UT testing, drop test machine, X-RAY detection, straightening machine, shaping machine, cold expanded equipment. 

 

Production Process:

Plate Ultrosonic Inspection → Plate Edge Milling → Plate Edge Crimping → Forming → Continuous Pre-welding → Inside Welding → Outside Welding → Ultrosonic Test → X-ray Test → Expansion → Finishing → Straightening → Hydraulic Test → Pipe Ends Beveling → Ultrosonic Test → X-ray Test → Appearance Inspection → Coating

Test:

**0% ultrasonic flaw detection for the material plate;**0% automatic on-line UT test after welding; **0% whole-length seam X-ray test; **0% inside weld line industrial TV test; **0% hydrostatic test; **0% automatic on-line seam UT test after hydrostatic test, expanding; **0% X-ray test and make X-ray film or picture record on pipe ends; **0% pipe appearance and plate appearance inspection.
