Working principle

Working principle of asphalt recyling mixing plant is as follows:

Combined old material on the road with new material at certain ratio to produce another material for MID layer or bottom road construction requirement. Mixing old material from road and new asphalt mixture or regenerant as a new material is to meet the road requirement. This method is used for more than *0 yeards applied in road construction which prove the regenerate mixture road has the same quality as the traditional road quality.

Recycling Mixing Plant is for processing of reclaimed asphalt mixture(old material). The recycled asphalt mixture is screened, heated, stored and weighed, and then it is added into various plants in proportion. The old materials is combined with new(virgin) aggregate and mixed homogenously for the new hot asphalt mixture.

Structure feature:

1. Equipped with ground proprotioning hopper. The conveying speed of feeding belt conveyor is controlled by frequency and feeding amount displayed on the control panel.

2. Heating of reclaimed material adopts hot blast for indirect heat-up to avoid asphalt aging during the heatup of reclaimed material.

3. Set with Multi-spot temperature measuring system, respectively monitor, respectively monitor and auto control the temperature of hot blast, reclaimed material after heating and off gas.

4. Equipped with weighing system on the reclaimed material & hot material bin to facilitate the work management.

5. Weighing of reclaimed material and supply of regenerant can realize auto control according to the target proportioning.

6. Regenerate mixing plant achieves the auto operation in whole process through PLC communication with host computer.

7. When shut down the heating system of regenerate mixing plant, it can perform the cold regenerate mixing function. The additive proportion of reclaimed material should be reduced by *5%.
