Niobium and niobium alloy have high melting point and good corrosion resistance and cold-workability; they extensively applied to chemical, electronic, aerospace industry. And are used as structure materials of aeration jet engine for manufacturing rocket, inner component of reactor and corrosion-resistance component in HNO3, HCL, H2SO4environment. Adding Zr into Nb can markedly improve strength and oxidation resistanceof alloymaterials,so Niobium and Nb-Zr alloy wire are massively used as anode lead of electrolyte capacitor and for manufacturing high-voltage sodium lamp.
