Auto Brick Setting Machine

The full-automatic brick setting machine（ZPM I） is mainly used in blank-firing tunnel kiln's hydraulic transmission, electrical control and automatic brick setting .The feathers of this kind of machine are simple maintenance ,low cost energy and efficient running smoothly.

The full-automatic brick setting machine is formed by walking car, chuck, separating machine, lifting guide pillar, rail, hydraulic system and electrical system, etc.;

The operating principle of Hydraulic Brick Setting Machine: When the cutter pushed the wet bricks to the separating board, the separating cylinder pushed out to drive the brick to be cut. When the brick sub-section has been finished, the Lift Cylinder down. When the chunk reaches to the location of the scheduled blank, Chunk Fixture works in the way of picking up the bricks, and then the chunk is highly lifted by the Lifting Cylinder to a predetermined height. After all of those progress, then separating cylinder points out and open the air channel and walking device drives blank stacking machine to the top of a kiln car, the kiln car turned to *0°, and then lift cylinder dropped down to the scheduled height for releasing billet, the chuck open and lay the blanks on the kiln car, it completes stacking process automatically, through all the cycle to complete all the stacking work, all these functions are centralized control by electric, the operator simply can achieved operating automatically by starting the appropriate procedures.
