Auto Toggling machine leather process tannery machine

• Heat preservation board:*0mm thickness ,double layer steel and high density stronger foam.

• Toggling plate:2mm Zinc steel ,the Zinc casting thickness ***3 um, straight without deforming and complete with sliding wheels.

• Track of drive :2mm and *5x*5x2.5mm square steel tubular structure, with hardened roller chain conveyor.

•  The chain of drive: the sheet of chain thickness 5mm,*5# steel casting the Zinc, special wider *****3# bearing .

• Conveyor : The machine has standard conveyor boards and made up of small telescopic frame of steel where skins are fixed by toggle clips, The conveyor can be run in the reverse direction or forward direction in case of any necessity..

• Drive system:WU**0 worm wheel and worm reduction gear box, The advancement of conveyor possible controlled by intervals either manually by pedal or automatically by two timers. One of the timers control the advance period and the other one control the duration period when the conveyor is stopped. Motor driven reduction gear for frame advance control, Automatic switches for the feed in and feed out of frames inside the drying chamber.

• Auto stretch system: transport and manipulation automatic,feed inside of the machine stretch ,The stretch process completely automatic & stretch volume can be set by plus/minus s adjustable between 0 to **0mm.

• Hot  recycle  and Dry system: The machine complete with hot air distribution system comprising heavy duty finned heat exchanger, air blowers with motors dooms & nozzle unit expansion gearboxes system ,The drying system should be equipped with high performance heat serpentine, filter drying ducts extended throughout the length of machine over and under the conveyor, direct blowing of hot air towards the leather by blower.

• dehumidification system: The machine has adjustable exhaust with two pcs pipe to control the humidity in the machine.

• The machine provide with inspection glass door for check or inspection the making process .

• Key electric part: Automatic trouble shooting with visual & acoustic signaling,PLC set all request number requested, display by text displayer, PLC Temperature control panel to adjust temperature for each cabin electronically through PLC  .

• The machine is being supplied with8*0 numbers of metal toggle clips,**6 frames toggling plate.

• Adjustable wooden footboards for working.
