Automatic Ampoule Inspection Impurity Inspection Machine

Applications:
Its mainly used for the automatic inspection of the visible impurity (such as glass or metal scraps, fiber, hair, and white powder or flakes) in ampoule injection and the liquid level. It can be also used for the visible impurity in vials and oral liquid bottles.

  Principle Use mechanical visual principle to take an identification inspection on the visible impurity. The product is held stopped to a standstill while it rotates at a high speed. At that moment, an industrial camera takes a series of pictures continuously on it. These pictures are analyzed and compared by a compute system to judge whether the inspected product is qualified, meanwhile divide them automatically into the qualified and the rejects.
