Product Description

The machine is designed for armature commutator insertion of micro motor and drives system by pneumatic way. Special machine adopts hydraulic pressure or servo electric cylinder pressed system. Motor servo drive system + PLC logical control, the vibration feeding tray is used for loading. Servo motor + fiber tracing auto-location, the pneumatic manipulator grabs commutators and places it at workstation. The rotor iron core is transported to workstation by auto conveyor line by pneumatic pressed device to press commutator.
