Product Description
a) Model
L two-stage Lead Ingot Feeder, the first stage is Chain type, the
second stage is roll type.
b) The
cutting system is composing of electric-heating melt pot; lead
cylinder casting machine; lead lump cutting machine. The
electric-heating melt pot is made by thick steel board. The
granulate elevator is connect with cutting machine and conveyor
granulate into silo.
c) The
volume of silo is *0Ton, the automatic feeding machine connect
with silo and it will feed granulate based on the oxide ball
drum.
d) Oxide
ball drum is the core part for the whole line system. It’s
running by main electric motor. The positive high pressure blower
pipe was installed in the drum. When we start the machine,
the lead granulate was rubbing each other and the temperature
will raise, and then the face of lead will oxidant and
off. During this process, the wind will be supply of
positive high pressure blower and the oxide was conveyor into bag
house and collected. The main motor power is *0kw.
e) Oxide
silo and conveyor system is composing of two silos; 1sets pipe
conveyor; 1sets pipe elevator.
f) It’s
was controlled by PLC. The PLC was Hollysys. The touch panel is
made by Hollysys.Other electrical components are made by
Zhengtai, China.
